Day 1 Enter Beijing

Airport pick-up and hotel transfer. A paper board with your name sign will be held high at the airport exit.

Day 2 Beijing (B, L)

Today we do the sightseeing in the city center. We will see the historic Tiananmen Square, the majestic Forbidden City imperial palace; the Temple of Heaven where emporers whorshipped heaven for a good harvest. In the Tea House watch tea ceremonies and taste various teas.

Day 3 Beijing (B, L)

Great Wall sightseeing as well as Summer Palace leisure fun today. Mutianyu Great Wall has spectacular scenery and less crowded; the Summer Palace is an imperial garden with extremely beautiful scenery (an lake cruise is included). Besides, you also have the oppotunity to learn Chinese pocerlain culture in the Cloisonne factory.

Day 4 Beijing-Xian(B, L)

Feeling local life is an essential part during any travel . Hutong is where Beijingers have lived for several hundred years. It is exciting to take a rickshaw trip in the narrow allies, drop by a local family and learn to make dumplings and have the dumplings you make as lunch together. After the hutong tour, go to the Olympic Green to pay an exterior visit to the Water Cube and the Bird’s Nest. Finally head to the airport and fly to Xian. Upon arrival, be picked up and transferred to the hotel there.

Day 5 Xian (B, L)

Begin our first day sightseeing in this ancient capital. Of course we will first see the impressive Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the ‘underground army’from the first Chinese dynasty. Then we will see the other historic landmarks, Xian City Wall and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It is so exiting to buy some copies of the Terra-cotta Warriors in the Xian Art Pottery Factory.

Day 6 Xian-Guilin (B, L)

Take a tour at the Shaanxi Historical Museum so as to have a more detailed knowledge about Xian’s history and local cutlure. Be transferred to Xian airport and fly to Guilin. Airport to hotel transfer by our local guide and driver.

Day 7 Guilin-Longsheng-Guilin (B, L)

Guilin is celebrated to own the ‘finest landscape in the world’; besides, it is also attractive for the colorful minority culture. Longsheng county is the most place to admire the  local minority culture. We are going to visit  the Zhuang and Yao Ethic Tribes,  and Longji Terraced Field of the county.

Day 8 Guilin-Yangshuo (B, L)

Enjoy a Li River Cruise by seeing the grotesque karst peaks, clear waters and a taste fo life far from the concrete metropolis. Go ashore at Yangshuo, an old and beautiful county and walk on its famous street-West Street, an ancient street unique for the mixed culture there.

Day 9 Yangshuo-Shanghai (B, L)

Morning visits to the Moon Mountain, named fo rthe lunar-shaped cavity in the hill’s center, and the Big Banyan Tree, seemingly a giant green umbrella covering more than 100 square meters.  Be transferred to airport and fly to Shanghai; be met by the guide at Shanghai airport and driven to hotel.

Day 10 Shanghai (B, L)

Take our eye on this modern metropolis. Yuyuan Garden is a typical south China classical garden, by its pavillions, small bridges, pools, etc.You will be very excited to stand at the observation deck with a glass floor of the Shanghai World Financial Center.  The Jade Buddha Temple is an time-honored temple in Shanghai for the two jade Buddha presented by Burma. The Bund is impressive for the group buildings by different countries in the city’s colonial period. Nanjing Road is a world-noted pedestrian shopping street for fasion lovers.

Day 11 Depart Shanghai (B)

Free at your own leisure till being transferred to airport for departure. Take care!
