Overview
Courtyard 7 is a typical Siheyuan building which is the old Beijing residence style house since the Yuan Dynasty (1206-1370). The hotel is adjacent to the Nanluoguxiang Hutong area, which is the best preserved courtyard cluster and which has been a major residence of imperial families, social celebrities and high officials. The history of Courtyard 7 was also connected with some historical celebrities, such as General Zhang Zuolin, the Minister of the Republic. On 28th, June 2008, the courtyard was open in the form of a hotel.
